Overview The role of the Grade V -Data Coordinator for Quality and Patient Safety is to assist in the collation, input and analysis of data for the Quality and Patient Safety Directorate. The role's principal duties includes but not limited to; Maintenance and management of manual and electronic files and databases Collation of data from relevant national databases as required Management of diaries as required Administer training courses relevant to the QPSD as The role is responsible for supporting the QPSD in the administration of meetings including preparation and minutes. Deal with all general queries and the prioritisation of same The post holder may be requested to complete other tasks given to them by their manager from time to time. Essential Criteria The candidate must have the following; 2 years working within an acute hospital environment At a minimum the candidate should have at least 2 years' experience at Grade 1V or equivalent level. Qualification relevant to the Able to use word, excel, outlook and powerpoint and assist in the management of databases Mathematical ability Solution focused Excellent interpersonal skills Administrative skills The ability to communicate effectively with and influence a range of stakeholders including all professional groups within the Multi- disciplinary team is essential A proven record of meeting set timelines and targets Other considerations: Driving License/Transport Willingness to travel to all sites within the Dublin and North East Region Relevant Attachment GV QPS Data Coordinator
