As a Technical Sales Manager, you will: Drive and achieve annual order goals for your region.
Proactively identify, nurture, and close new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors.
Understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
From initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Work closely with contract engineers, service teams, and marketing to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase our solutions.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry (or a related power/energy sector).
Strong technical expertise in electrical products, solutions, and market trends.
Electrical Engineering background - HNC (or equivalent) preferred.
A proven sales track record - Meeting or exceeding targets in a technical sales environment.
An established network within the industry, with strong connections to end-users, consultants, and contractors.
Self-motivated & results-driven - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility for travel - This role requires regular face-to-face meetings with clients (>70% field-based).
