We are looking for Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Repairs and Install team in Limerick. As an Apprentice Lift Engineer, you will work with experienced Lift Engineers to learn and understand the company and requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer.
What you need to be successful:
1. Complete a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship, supported through a structured in-house development programme in conjunction with SOLAS.
2. Undertake a range of tasks suited to the current level of training and development in the lift industry.
3. Attend SOLAS and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
4. Assist and liaise with Managers/Supervisors on relevant work activities.
5. Understand and apply the electrical principles associated with lift installation and lift maintenance on all electrical equipment and systems.
6. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety practices in current legislation.
7. Employment is subject to an interview and reference checks.

o This must include five passes in the Leaving Certificate (Maths and English must be two of these).
