As part of the onsite team, the Event Production Coordinator will provide calendar, organizational and administrative support to the team across EMEA.
The primary focus is on managing booking requests and scheduling support for events.
The successful candidate will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers.

As an Event Production Coordinator, your day revolves around managing and scheduling incoming event requests and maintaining multiple calendars.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a customer obsessed service.
Your role involves understanding customer needs, working closely with producers, and delegating tasks appropriately to ensure smooth event execution.
You will combine strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on improving processes to support seamless event production delivery.
About the teamThe Event Production team provides high quality support to internal Amazon customers.
The team consists of engineers who work daily with the production equipment, helping to plan and execute each event within the space.
The Event Production team culture is built around providing quality customer support for each event, and works to customize each event to provide the maximum results for each customer.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years in project management2+ years of event planning experienceUnderstanding of audio-visual systemsComplex calendar management experienceProfessional office environment experiencePrioritization while multi-tasking under pressure and within short time constraintsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePointPassionate about improving the customer experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with event/Studio support processesHas a strong desire to learnStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processesFamiliarity with Asana, project management platforms Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
