Your Day-to-Day
* Provide tailored financial advice to individual clients on retirement planning, investments, and all areas of financial planning.
* Meet with clients, generate leads, and work on projects.
* Develop relationships with existing and new clients, and identify new business opportunities.
* Achieve sales targets and team-based goals, while adhering to regulatory standards and Aon's policies.
* Manage local projects that contribute to the team's overall proposition.

The Right Candidate
* Previous experience in consultative financial planning using Voyant as the basis of client engagements.
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification or working towards it.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
* A background in generating leads from corporate clients.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
