Temporary HR Administrator Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support to the HR team for a temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update attendance records on TMS and Workday systems.
* Monitor and manage clock-in and clock-out records for workers.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding uniform orders and queries.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining personnel files and processing documentation.
* Assist the HR Generalist with day-to-day HR operations as required.
* Handle other HR-related administrative duties to support the teams needs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar HR administrative role.
* Proficiency in using TMS and Workday systems is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Professional and approachable demeanour, with strong communication skills.
* Availability to start immediately.
The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at €20 per hour. The duration of this position is one month.
