Working on District Heating projects, you'll support international District Heating departments while focusing and enhancing our projects in Ireland.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Contributing towards the design of projects for a wide range of clients Planning design work and deliverables together with wider energy team Development of energy project work such as initial feasibility assessments, detailed feasibility studies and business cases including use of relevant software Ensuring compliance with local standards, including planning policy and CIBSE requirements Coordination of multi-disciplinary aspects of projects Contributing to the building of relationships with clients and other stakeholders Your skills.

On top of that, you'll have:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline Understanding of project economic appraisal which may include HM Treasury Green Book approach, whole life cost and internal rate of return (IRR) assessments Understanding of catchment analysis, site appraisal and visualisation of hydraulic modelling outputs using Geographic Information Systems such as QGIS, ArcGIS or MapInfo Experience in preparation of technical reports, including feasibility studies and business cases Understanding of Ireland planning policy and energy tariffs The ability to liaise with clients to coordinate project requirements.
