The Role

* Reporting: Produce accurate, insightful risk reporting for senior management and committees, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
* Programme Development: Continuously improve operational risk policies, frameworks, and tools to enhance data quality and oversight activities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive management, business line leaders, and risk teams across the organisation to foster a robust risk culture.
* Regulatory Compliance: Participate in regulatory change initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
About You
* Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify unusual trends or anomalies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
* Experience: Previous experience developing and implementing risk policies and tools, including managing risk registers and loss data collection.
* Familiarity: Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in the financial services industry.
* Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
