Job Title: Spa Manager

We are currently recruiting an experienced Spa Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our award-winning spa.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in spa management, a strong leadership ability, and a deep understanding of guest service excellence. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, achieving business goals, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with our brand values.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, services, and facilities.
* Manage spa schedules, including staff assignments and treatment appointments, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
* Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to ensure top-quality service.
* Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
* Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team up to date with the latest spa techniques and industry trends.
* Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial reports to achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain and enhance the spa's reputation by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and enhance guest engagement.
* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, treatments, and wellness offerings.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers.
* Ensure that all guests enjoy a truly exceptional Spa experience by providing a luxurious experience, going above and beyond and inspiring the team to do the same.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury or 5-star spa environment.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness trends.
* Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
* Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in spa management or wellness are a plus.
* Familiarity with Trybe spa software and Opera Cloud a plus.
