Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Crew ID Manager to join Europe’s largest airline group.

As Crew ID Manager, you will be the key point of contact for all operational and strategic responsibilities associated with Enhanced Background Checks & Crew IDs (Company/Airport) to ensure our people continue to remain fully compliant with local and International aviation security regulation.
With over 24,000 crew across 90+ bases throughout the EU, The UK & North Africa who hold a company/airport ID, this is an important position. You will be responsible for ensuring our Cabin Crew & Flight Crew adhere to strict regulations governing Crew and or Airport ID & you will be the key point of contact between Ryanair, Regulating Bodies (IAA, CAA, MCAD, Dept Transport etc), 3rd party service providers, airport authorities, as well as internal stakeholders on the same. You will also be responsible & the nominated person for the implementation and compliance of EU directive 2019/103 regarding Enhanced Background checks across the Ryanair Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all crew ID processes are compliant with company policy and regulatory standards with a big focus on driving digital improvements.
* Manage Enhanced Background check regulation for the Ryanair Group including security/background checks associated with re-issuance of Crew/Airport IDs.
* Centralised contact for all regulatory authorities, airports, national authorities, Ryanair security team & Inflight/Flight Ops teams.
* Drive digital improvements through SAP to log all crew ID/Airport ID validity/expiry dates including standard/enhanced background check data & joiner/leaver process.
* Project holder for Crew/Airport ID integration into Ryanair Connect.
* Manage communications through Fleethub on Crew/Airport IDs.
* Become a subject matter expert on the Crew ID/Airport ID process in each Ryanair Group AOC & country/airport specific.
* Manage relationship with 3rd party service providers.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of the aviation sector.
* Digitally savvy.
* Excellent organisational skills to include Excel.
