About the Role:
The Trellix Inside Sales Professional is expected to understand the overall business objectives and GTM strategy of the sales organization and can articulate the Trellix value proposition and business differentials to the customer.
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management / Territory Management – Within a defined set of current customer accounts, hunt for new business opportunities and expand their current Trellix footprint.
2. Develop relationships with key decision makers, understand and respond to customer needs, track, and report on account activity.
3. Work alongside your dedicated renewals rep, Sales Engineer, and Sales Development rep to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
4. Work daily with channel partners to help close business.
5. Customer Service Excellence – manage issues with the deal, service problems that may arise post-sale, and maintain a pleasant and professional image within your defined territory and accounts.
6. Product Knowledge – increase your understanding of Trellix's full product and service suite of offerings through constant learning and solutions enablement training.
7. Sales Team Support – share information with team and manager, work with other departments including channel, follow company policies and values, and balance short and long-term goals.
About You:
Your background includes 3-5+ years of technology sales experience, product, or business development. Security Software industry experience is a plus.
Your passion for identifying and selling additional sales opportunities is evident through your proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota).
Your disciplined time management, account management, and territory management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, all contribute to your success.
You are energized by creating new business opportunities and must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to drive for success to deliver above sales goals.
Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally, are essential.
Fluent in Turkish and English.
