We are seeking an Administrator to join a fast-paced team in the Markethill area. As Administrator, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, and helping to drive the success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and processing orders from customers, which includes answering questions related to orders and follow-up on sales inquiries.
2. Following up on quotations to secure orders.
3. Setting up new customer accounts.
4. Invoice reconciliation and assisting with accounts.
5. Producing tracker reports and fuel card reports.
6. Performing various clerical tasks to support office operations.
7. Maintaining organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
8. Typing and proofreading documents with accuracy (Quotes - Reports).
9. Inputting data on Excel daily and ensuring records are up to date.
10. Organizing lorries/deliveries efficiently.
Experience and Skills:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential (minimum 2 years).
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft packages for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Working hours for this role are 8am - 4:30/5pm (negotiable).
