Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a part-time contract for 6-9 months, providing maternity cover.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing the Reception Area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
* Greeting customers and responding to their queries in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Handling incoming calls and maintaining accurate records of all customer enquiries.
* Processing sales orders efficiently and effectively.
* Maintaining a well-organized filing system.
* Preparing customer invoices and ordering essential supplies.
* Recording fuel costs and updating records accordingly.
* Providing administrative support to the Dealer Principal and Department Managers as needed.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house/administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to understand, anticipate, and meet customer needs with ease.
* Friendly, efficient, and organized with attention to detail.
* Display a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
* Flexible approach to work and able to work collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable but not essential.
