Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance. Manage product storage and rotation. Assist in inventory and sales budget preparation. Control staff costs and prepare rosters. Assist in interviewing, hiring and training staff. Respond to queries or complaints. Ensure all follow company policies and procedures. Ensure products are properly labelled. Maintain facilities neat, clean and safe. Minimum 2 years of deli management experience, up to date in HACCP and food safety training, self-motivated and passion for food service required.
