DescriptionReporting to the Head of People, the recruiter is a critical position in terms of attracting, developing and retaining outstanding talent as we continue to scale the business.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and passionate about recruitment, used to working in a high-performing culture and strong at recruiting talent at mid-stage high growth startups. Proven ability to hit the ground running is desirable and an appetite to make this role your own.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities Full responsibility for end to end recruitment within the businessEnsure Scurri is an employer of choiceCollaborate with the Head of People and hiring managers to develop and execute a recruiting strategy that meets the needs of our fast-paced environmentOther Responsibilities Talent acquisition - proactively source both active and passive candidates in order to attract the best talent to ScurriTalent pool - establish a pipeline of qualified candidates for difficult to fill positions, identifying innovative ways to attract the right candidatesManage the full recruitment life cycle - develop a deep understanding of the business in order to do this effectivelyTechnically savvy of strategic recruitment methods and technologyEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, guiding candidates through each stage from initial contact through to offerEstablish credibility and strong working relationships with the Head of People, hiring managers as well as across the overall organisationEvolve the recruiting process and lifecycle as deemed necessary keeping up to speed with shifts within the market (e.g., regulatory and company compliance requirements, sourcing, assessments, interviews/hiring events, offers, and onboarding).
