We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced and motivated Front Office Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office Team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager & relevant Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to guests upon check-in & out and upselling/advising guests where appropriate. The successful candidate will be passionate and love working in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handles all guest reservations via phone & email in an efficient manner in accordance with company standards.
* Experience of dealing with group bookings from enquiry to arrival.
* Proactive upselling of all outlets within the hotel.
* Be initiative-taking with an ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion and possess strong attention to detail.
* Attends daily communication meetings to inform all teams of arrivals/revenue stats & selling rates.
What You Need
* Experience working as part of a reception team in a 3-star or higher hotel.
* Previous experience working with Opera Cloud is an advantage.
* Good organization and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Highly motivated and a team player.
* High level of professional English; other languages are a plus.
* Professional smart appearance required.
* Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests' experience.
