Product Manager (Cards and Loans) | Permanent | Dublin / Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build proposals for product, customer journeys changes, and pricing.
2. Develop insights and market knowledge regarding customers and competitors to enhance informed decisions.
3. Work closely with partnerships account management and development to provide product support.
4. Support and involve in strategic change, small change, and BAU activities.
5. Utilise existing reporting materials to analyse product performance and conduct analysis to enhance reporting and understand key drivers.
6. Manage the execution and development of the product policy and procedures, ensuring it remains in line with the overall business strategy.
7. Direct involvement and support of the design, build, and launch of new products.
8. Aid with decision-making across product pricing/changes and implementation of features or additional benefits.
9. Work towards commercial customer retention goals.
10. Provide input and contribute to product design, delivery, and marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience working in a digitally focused environment would be a distinct advantage.
2. Minimum 4 years' product management experience (financial services or fintech ideally).
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand both the customer journey and commercial goals.
4. Proven track record of managing commercial or product development with a clear return on investment.
5. Commercial acumen with a strong analytical mindset along with an understanding of P&L drivers.
6. Ability to present to a diverse group of senior management stakeholders.
