We specialize in providing turnkey data centre solutions, from design through to construction, across a range of services including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical, as well as commissioning.Responsibilities: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence Organise and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas if necessary and following up on action items as required Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow. Manage the Premium and Circle Club account and distribute booked tickets; Organise Business Cards Ensure all Sponsorship and charity invoices are paid in a timely manner Manging our Gifts Direct account – Ie. Purchasing of client gifts, employee baby hampers etc Managing our Vodafone account and tracking all bills each month Requirements Minimum of three years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
