Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm and Friday: 9.00am - 4.30pm or Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday: 8.30am - 4pm
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
The Payroll Administrator will report to the Head of HR and be responsible for preparing and assisting with a monthly payroll input by liaising with managers and collating all necessary information for the outsourced payroll provider.
A strong level of confidentiality is required at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assist with a monthly payroll input by liaising with managers and collating necessary information for the outsourced payroll provider.
* Collate accurate data for circa 900-1000 employees and ensure payroll is processed with accuracy and within deadlines.
* Work closely with the HR department and Time & Attendance system to ensure seamless flow of relevant and retained data across functions to aid the payroll process.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll.
* Check sick leave and adjust pay as necessary in line with company sick leave policy.
Requirements
A relevant Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
The hiring manager can consider experienced applicants or those with some payroll experience who would like to develop their skills in a busy payroll environment.
