If You're The Operations Manager We're Looking For, You'll Be:
* Commercially savvy with a track record in project management of small to medium construction jobs.
* An excellent planner and communicator with the ability to present detailed information in a clear and accurate format.
* A responsible, respectful, reliable, hard-working team leader and team player.
* Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused.
* Experienced for at least 5 years in an office environment with a track record in people and operations management. Facilities Management or other building knowledge is essential.
* Suitable for an experienced tradesman who wants to move off the tools towards an office environment.

The main purpose of this role is to enable the profitable growth of Phasor Maintenance by bringing efficiencies to our Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance departments, providing control and visibility on all Commercial & Residential Projects, and improving the transfer of financial information from Operations to Accounts.
Your work will include managing the Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance Teams, collecting project updates and financial information, producing weekly reports, and improving systems and processes. You will work closely with our MD, Project Managers, Accounts Department, and Operations Team.
