Want to work for a progressive Multinational based in Limerick ? Our client is an established Multinational based in Limerick & are currently looking to hire an Experienced Department Administrator to work full time.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
·Take responsibility for procuring office supplies / IT Equipment
·Schedule and manage meeting rooms, conference calls, and video meetings.
·Create presentations and agendas for meetings as requested.
·Record meeting minutes when necessary and distribute them accordingly.
·Coordinate catering and procure stationery for meetings.
·Assist in planning both routine and spontaneous office events.
·Engage in miscellaneous project work and administrative tasks as required.
·Checking deliveries as they arrive
·Checking delivery dockets against purchase orders issued
·Help maintain Site Access System
·Setting up contractors on the system and updating the system
·Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams.
·Assist with Time and Attendance Records & Holiday Balances
·Reconciling Expenses
Skills / experience:
·Prior experience in a Senior Administrator / Executive PA/ Department Admin role is essential.
· Experience in multinational environment a distinct would be an added advantage.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Strong PC skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, SharePoint.
· A flexible approach to work & be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced. environment.
