This very popular four star hotel is currently recruiting a Reception Manager to oversee the management of the Front Office team and ensure a second-to-none guest experience. The role is responsible for all reception duties, maintaining top standards of guest service and offering a genuine, warm welcome at all times to each guest.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and motivate the Front Office team
2. Guest check in and out
3. Oversee departmental floats
4. Ensure accurate shift hand-overs
5. Ensure comprehensive staff training as per company policy
6. Assist with recruitment & selection process
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as Reception / Front Office Manager in a similar 4*/ 5* property. Further candidate attributes include:
