Assistant Site Manager (Full-Time)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager at our Service Station in Ballyhaunis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall day-to-day running of the store, prioritizing excellent customer care and service, and contributing to the successful growth of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in the overall day-to-day running of the Store in conjunction with the Store Manager and contribute to the successful growth of the business.
* Prioritize the provision of excellent customer care and service and ensure that all staff are committed to delivering same.
* Maintain high hygiene standards as per agreed procedures.
* Ensure all opening and closing down procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively in all areas of the store.
* Undertake, delegate and supervise all aspects of supply chain procedures.
* Assist in the training and development of employees.
Requirements
* One to two years retail experience
* High customer service standards
* Stock management and merchandising skills
* Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including weekdays and weekends
