Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the HS&E culture, adopting a progressive approach to drive our number one core value for Safety.
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce involved in the project.
Project Team Management
Lead all aspects of Project Team functions (PEP, Risk & Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management & Project Close Out).
Compile and implement the Project Execution Plan, focusing on the HSE & Quality plan.
Key Deliverables
1. Develop and execute project plans and schedules to achieve agreed outcomes.
2. Co-ordinate project activities according to the company's Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures, and Engineering Specifications.
3. Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of the project from initial stages to hand-over.
Meet agreed objectives in timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction while achieving a 'right first time' philosophy throughout the project life cycle.
To be responsible for the successful delivery of projects through leadership, management, technical, and engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, or Construction Management) with experience within a main/specialist contractor. Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Computer literate with MS office and project scheduling package knowledge. Good knowledge of safety management and quality management.
