Customer Relations Executive -Fixed Term Contract Applications are invited for the position ofCustomer Relations Executive Toyota & Lexus Ireland Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, will be a key member of an exciting team delivering exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a person with a skill set based on seeking solutions and must have a proven background in dealing with customers on a daily basis. It is not necessary to have motor experience, however, it is essential that you have a proven Customer First mindset. The role will require daily contact via telephone and email with customers and the dealer network where centrally you will have responsibility for delivering Toyotas renowned quality service based on Kaizen activities.
