Position - IT Helpdesk Support Analyst - Level 1The FirmMason Hayes & Curran is top tier full-service law firm based in the Dublin Docklands. We are top tier Law Firm with over 600 staff.Our IT department wishes to recruit a helpdesk support analyst to join their team of 11 in providing IT support to a firm of over 600 people. The role would suit someone with at least six months of experience in first level support. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and develop your skills and career in a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesProvides 1st level helpdesk support to all MHC users answering first line phones and desk side support;Good communication with all members of the IT Department;Support MHC Systems, Hardware and Software;Performing basic network administration such as user account set-up;Train up on IT Cyber security and all aspects of IT security to ensure best practices are followed within MHC;Bring any of the latest threats and trends to the attention of the IT DirectorAssist in other tasks/projects as requested by IT staffThe IT team operates on a shift basis between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and on call phone support is required every 5 weeks.
