Accounts Payable
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in our Cork City branch.
Duties:
* Dealing with a high volume of monthly premium payments to insurance companies
* Liaising with Client Executives & insurance companies to resolve account queries
* Processing & issuing refund cheques
* Daily control of bank lodgements
* Insurer ledger reconciliation
* Sending lapsed papers to insurance companies
* Scanning statements and insurance payments
* Reconciling daily lodgements and lodging monies to bank
Job Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
* Good communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and particularly Excel
* Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
