We are recruiting for a B2C Sales Advisor to work for one of London's largest ISP's based within the city centre.
Our client is looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record who is a self-motivated team player who can join and play a key role within our experienced sales team, against our ambitious acquisition targets.
Our client has bold growth plans with a large focus on their business audience.
This shift in focus has resulted in the need for a B2C Sales Advisor to help drive further growth in their fibre delivery to buildings and portfolios across London.
Day to day responsibilities:Handle inbound sales and renewal queries and provide accurate and timely responsesManage a pipeline of leads, opportunities and respond via outbound callsUnderstand customer needs and provide the relevant responses and product recommendationsContribute to team discussion on how to objection handle and share best sales practiceActively take on other mini sales related projects as needed both to learn and understand the business and support projectsSkills & Experience:Proven experience within inbound sales, retention or renewals within a consumer service businessExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionallyAbility to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMotivated, target-driven and results orientatedProficient experience within SalesforceBenefits:Hybrid workingSalary:Up to £300 per day
