Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold high service standards.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient departmental operations.
Drive sales through expert knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and cocktails.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Resolve guest concerns and exceed expectations to ensure repeat business.
The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
