Job Title: Research Assistant
Reporting to Professor David Williams/Professor Frances Horgan at the School of Population Health, RCSI Dublin.
About the Role
This 12-month part-time (50% WTE) contract will see you working on a project titled "STROKE-SPEAK", funded by the Health Research Board of Ireland (HRB) Knowledge Translation Award (KTA).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop educational STROKE SPEAK content for staff and patients.
* Coordinate and host Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) / stakeholder and development workshops.
* Lead the final refinement of STROKE SPEAK resources.
* Coordinate the translation of final resources.
* Contribute to the development of dissemination outputs, including a project website.
* Develop a repository for all Stroke SPEAK resources.
* Evaluate reach and capture measures of success of the Stroke SPEAK repository.
Requirements
* A BSc or MSc or equivalent in management, marketing, health services research or a related discipline.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Experience developing research outputs for diverse audiences.
* Project management experience.
* Interpersonal, report writing and IT skills.
