The Role:
As a Business Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for acquiring new client accounts while growing and nurturing existing ones. This role is hands-on and follows a player-coach leadership style, meaning you will lead by example—actively engaging in business development efforts while mentoring and guiding your team to success. This is an ideal role for a senior sales professional seeking to step into leadership or a sales manager looking for a new challenge.

What You Will Do:
* Acquire new client accounts while growing existing client accounts.
* Lead client engagements and foster long-term relationships.
* Negotiate terms of business and close deals.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Development team to hit and exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 -7 years experience in B2B sales.
* A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
* Strong desire to mentor and lead a team.
* Experience within the Recruitment Industry is a bonus.
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
