Job Title: Contract Agri Retail Sales Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to support the daily operations of our branch. As a Contract Agri Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with stock management, and promoting Brophy Agri's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Provide excellent customer service, helping farmers and customers with product selection and queries.
* Support stock control, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Work closely with the Branch Supervisor to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
* Process sales transactions and assist with basic administrative duties.
* Promote Brophy Agris products and services, helping to identify customer needs and opportunities for sales.
* Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
* Assist in any other duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
* Interest in agriculture or farming experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
* Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic IT skills.
