Overview The position of Patient Liaison officer Grade VII occupies a pivotal role within the structure of Connolly Hospital. It encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities. The Patient Liaison Officer leads staff in providing a quality service to our patients and their families with emphasis on improving communications, obtaining patient feedback and implementing initiatives for improvement. In addition, the Patient Liaison Officer will ensure that the Hospital meets the legislative requirements of Section 9 of the Health Act in line with the Your Service Your Say Policy and Open Disclosure Policies.
