Excellent opportunity for a T&E Analyst to join our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company with a Shared Services Centre in a thriving business park.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced T&E service teams and second-level escalations
* Provide support for troubleshooting issues related to T&E
* Collaborate with outsourced teams to resolve control issues and ensure seamless process execution
* Assist in resolving Idoc failures and payment errors
* Monitor internal reports and controls to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs
* Perform and analyze regular T&E reconciliations and work with other departments to resolve variances
* Work closely with local markets to address issues promptly and correctly
* Maintain and regularly review DTPs
* Keep management informed of any issues and escalate when necessary
* Prepare T&E dashboards and reports
* Perform other ad-hoc duties (full specification available upon request)
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in T&E, AP, or accounting
* Credit Card Management experience
* Prior experience working in a SSO environment is preferred
* Experience with 3rd-party outsource providers is preferred
* Strong financial and analytical background
* Familiarity with OneConcur/SAP is desirable
* Experience with non-SAP Platform/ERP systems is an asset
* Proficient in Excel
* Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools
Job Terms:
* Initial 12-18 month maternity contract with possibility of extension/permanency upon review
* Monday-Friday schedule with flexible working hours
