About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business operations by facilitating the delivery of strategic objectives to develop organisational capacity within an inclusive, values-led environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Development of a workforce planning process
* Design of a learning and development strategy
* Responsibility for the performance management process
This role encompasses day-to-day HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding of new staff, and development of HR policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience:
* At least 3 years' experience in a senior organisational development, HR, or workforce planning role
* Proven experience leading workforce planning projects and designing implementing learning and development strategies
* Demonstrated experience managing performance management processes and embedding organisational values into HR processes and culture
