Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the Maxol Shop Department within our M3 Service Station in Mulhuddart.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring efficient and effective service at all times.
* Drive sales in the department and engage positively with staff of all levels.
* Maintain high customer service standards and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Communicate operating standards to staff and ensure they understand and implement such standards.
* Ensure merchandising and presentation of the store is of the highest standard.
* Monitor department overheads, staff rotas, attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and presentation.
* Conduct staff appraisals and be part of recruitment for the Maxol Shop Department.
* Ensure Health and Safety and all other compliance issues are up to date and recorded correctly.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A strong leadership ability with an excellent sales and grocery management background.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior management capacity in a grocery retail environment.
* A proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing a large diverse team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
* Superior customer service skills and the ability to motivate self and colleagues.
* Hard working and dedicated.
