Senior IT Applications Analyst
This role involves the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems.
* Coordinating with business departments and stakeholders to gather and implement enhancement requests
* Serving as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives and managing system documentation tasks
* Processing IT Applications change control requests and working with Validation and Quality departments
* Providing end-user support for IT Applications, including troubleshooting problems at the application server level
* Leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
* A BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
