KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring system performance, security, and optimal operation.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Intune, including device management, monitoring, and reporting.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management to protect company assets.
Oversee user account management, permissions, and license allocation within the O365 ecosystem.
Provide technical support, training, and advice to end-users to maximize productivity and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain and manage endpoint security tools, updates, and configurations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Engage with IT vendors and third-party partners to ensure SLAs are met and systems remain highly available.
Monitor and report on IT Service Desk performance metrics, ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within SLAs.
Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and system enhancements across Microsoft and Azure environments.
Manage the employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding processes and associated asset tracking.
Support additional IT and security initiatives or undertake ad hoc tasks as required to align with evolving business needs and strategic objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of security principles, including data protection, compliance, and threat management.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Experience with Intune deployment, endpoint management, and security solutions such as MDM and antivirus tools.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure technologies, including Virtual Servers and Enterprise Applications.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar IT security or system administration role.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD100-101, MS100-101, MS203, MS500, MS700, MS900) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience conducting security audits, risk assessments, and implementing compliance measures.
Hands-on experience with IT Service Desk operations, including ticketing systems and SLA management.
Ability to stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and security practices.
A flexible, results-driven approach with the ability to take on additional tasks or projects as needed to support business goals.
