Dynacap is seeking a creative and energetic Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. You will play a central role in driving Dynacap’s marketing efforts with a focus on managing our social media presence and supporting broader communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a content calendar for consistent and engaging social media posts.
2. Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content (text, images, videos) for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
5. Support planning and execution of internal events, career fairs, and training activities.
6. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
7. Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects and communication initiatives.
Ideally you:
1. Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
2. Have strong creative skills with a knack for storytelling and an eye for design.
3. Thrive in a dynamic workplace, where you can take on responsibility and contribute from day one.
4. Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
5. Work independently while also excelling as part of a collaborative team.
6. Are fluent in both Danish and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
7. Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
