As part of the DOCC Data Enablement team, this role will be responsible for working closely with the UHC Payment Integrity Business Transformation Team to support the successful development and execution of strategic programs associated with Data provisioning for the UHC PI Business.
This leadership role will develop and support the strategy for the life cycle of Data and Reporting in the business including Data Acquisition, Data Governance and Quality, Metrics Repository and Central Intake coordination and organization of all data and reporting needs for UHC PI ensuring business alignment and transparency in the delivery of these data needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively in a leadership role with business partners, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of business requirements associated with Data & Reporting.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, refine requirements, and use it to shape core processes for Data Acquisition, Governance & Control, Metrics Repository, Central intake, management and delivery of desired outcomes.
* Manage the relationship with business partners to determine their data and reporting needs and ensure details are accurately captured in an inventory backlog system and subsequently delivered against.
* Align with Delivery partners to ensure appropriate allocation of work within defined parameters and ensure ongoing tracking of progress toward closure.
* Take a leadership role in communicating progress to Leadership and our partners, ensuring delivery partners maintain an accurate status on ongoing committed work schedules.
* Support the development of Mitigation and resolve risks and issues associated with capability delivery.
* Prepare and present information to leadership for next steps and decision making.
* The role will also support the evolution and management of the central Data Repository which is a critical component of the Data system within UHC PI, ensuring it is the primary single source of truth for data and aligns with partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
* BS/BA in business and/or healthcare related fields.
* Demonstrated relevant experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
* Experience with advanced use of data systems and the curation of data from different sources in a structured process.
* Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating requirements and translating business requirements.
* Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio).
* Highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong stakeholder relationships internally, as well as externally.
* Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to develop solid networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building.
* An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences.
* Self-directed and able to drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight.
