About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our finance and administration teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform dual role supporting finance and administration tasks across departments, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy.
* Provide general administrative support, including travel booking and ordering office supplies.
* Raise purchase and sales orders, manage supplier payments and Revolut accounts, and maintain meeting minutes.
* Reconcile bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy across accounts.
* Handle internal telephone queries and coordinate office communications.
* Liaise with clients about credit and debt.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administration role.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage.
* Flexibility and willingness to assist other teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
