HR Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in Westmeath. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR support and direction for the organisation.
* Support recruitment and retention initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement programmes.
* Guide on ER and IR cases, liaising with third parties as required.
* Coach and develop the HR team, creating succession plans for the wider business.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in progressive roles.
* Experience driving and leading a team.
* Degree in HR or related subject (Level 8 or equivalent).
* Exposure to complex working environments ideal.
* Public sector experience an advantage.
* Strong IR experience necessary.
