The JP Manga business focuses on creating a great customer experience for Manga fans to discover, acquire and read both physical as well as digital Manga.
You will own the quality and performance of Manga services and features on Amazon JP website across all web and mobile apps.
A successful candidate will have an established background in testing customer-facing experiences as well as backend services, a strong technical ability, mentoring, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
What You'll Do:
You will own and deliver new feature experiments from inception to delivery and beyond.
You will launch those that deliver customer value and fail fast if it doesn't.
You are responsible for the testing and improving the architecture of software solutions.
You will innovate on testing frameworks, look for ways to maximize reuse of existing services, and delivering beautiful, highly performant and secure customer experiences.
You will work with cross-functional, geographically diverse development teams through design, delivery and support.
You will write test plan, test strategy, test cases, test automation for delivering high quality features for Manga services on Amazon JP website across all web and mobile apps.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of quality assurance engineering experienceExperience in automation testingExperience in manual testingExperience as QA lead on medium to large sized projectsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or AppiumExperience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product qualityOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
