Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Recruitment Coordinator to ensure a positive interview experience for our candidates from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling interviews on a weekly basis and coordinating hiring event days
* Working directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
* Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
* Coordinating written assessments for candidates
* Arranging candidate reimbursements
* Tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly reporting on candidate status
* Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
* Educating stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved
* Assisting in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed
* Updating candidate records in our internal recruiting system – HIRE
* Using recruiting tools like tests and assignments that assess candidates' skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
* Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
* Experience with technical tracking systems/softwares (like ATS)
