This luxury four star in Dublin city centre is looking for a highly experienced Duty Manager who will take responsibility of the hotel property in the absence of the hotel General Manager and Assistant General Manager. This full service hotel has extensive banqueting facilities as well as various F&B outlets and large accommodation offering.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong F&B management in particular and excellent customer service standards. You will be able to deal with any guest queries or complaints and manage accordingly to the satisfaction of the guest. You will also ensure the safety of all guests and employees by complying with all hotel Health and Safety regulations.
Further responsibilities include ensuring F&B dept regulations are met, cash management, ensuring proper staff conduct, active participation in hotel sales and promotions, attendance at management meetings.
Must have a proven track record in all areas of duty management (cash handling, incident reporting, SOPs...), minimum of two years' experience, background in 4 star+ properties a strong advantage.
