What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting hotel General Managers to ensure the highest standards across all properties
* Driving operational efficiencies, cost control, and revenue growth
* Ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards
* Implementing and overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
* Providing hands-on leadership and problem-solving support to hotel teams
* Monitoring KPIs, financial performance, and operational improvements
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and corporate teams

* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Multi-Site Manager in the hotel or hospitality sector
