What is the role:
We are seeking a skilled administrator who is looking to launch their career in HR/Recruitment.
The in-house Talent Acquisition team supports both internal and external recruitment through a direct sourcing model, partnering with hiring managers across all areas of the business to understand and fulfil their talent requirements in both ROI & UK.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will collaborate with Recruiters to manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities Include:
* Manage the recruitment mailbox, ensuring all email correspondence is directed appropriately within SLAs
* Create job requisitions on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage approvals
* Utilising internal databases and social media
* Evaluate and screen CVs and application forms
* Assist recruiters in providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Schedule Interviews
* Stay updated with current recruiting methods
* Attend job fairs and careers events
* Monitor and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
* Assist with ad-hoc projects
