Cloud Support Engineer
As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Responsibilities as Cloud Support Engineer (CSE):
* Provide technical support to customers using AWS services
* Perform troubleshooting and general guidance for issues related to AWS services
* Develop solutions to customer-specific problems
* Work with top engineers globally and collaborate with AWS development teams, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to resolve customer issues
* Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on customer service improvements
* Drive process improvements and enhance customer technical support experiences
* Contribute tutorials and technical articles to AWS customer communities
* Engage with complex and critical customer issues across multiple AWS services
Profile Division
The Support team will allocate the candidate to the most appropriate profile based on their skills and interest. New joiners can learn various tech knowledge and skills through an onboarding process.
