The Role:
As the Contracting Recruitment Manager, you will be a key leader within our business, responsible for optimising recruitment operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring we achieve and exceed our commercial targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives that drive productivity, commercial outcomes, and long-term success.
