The Team
You will be part of a growing team whose task is to correct, improve, analyze, and summarize the information of the automated system in accordance with the policy to improve the understanding, interaction, synchronization, and speech tasks of the automated system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with high profile tech/ evolving AI.
2. Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
3. Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
4. Act on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
5. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Qualifications
1. Excellent knowledge of American/US culture (Ideally you have lived and worked in the US for a number of years).
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
3. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the team.
4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong team player.
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
What's on offer
1. 29k annual salary + annual Bonus.
2. Location: Dublin 3 - Eastpoint Business Park.
3. Permanent contract.
4. Working hours: 9-18:00, 14 – 23:00, 21:00 – 6:00 am (candidate can be working on the same shift forever or can rotate if they want to).
